• Develop, lead and manage SIB team to achieve department objectives.
• Create and execute Smart Solutions portfolio for business continuity and sustainability.
• Propose Smart solutions with economic feasibility base on the customers’ requirements and defined solutions.
• Proactively engaging customers and stakeholders to secure orders to achieve SIB targets and performance.
• Manage and lead delivery team in executing projects towards successful completion and achieving customers satisfaction.
