• Be the Client & Guest Liaison: Work closely with casino leadership and handle guest interactions with grace and charm.

• Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and retain top talent while building a culture of teamwork and safety.

• Keep Quality High: Perform fun "mystery shop" audits, review daily reports, and spot smart opportunities to make operations even better.
