As our Assistant Group Home Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our residential services program, shaping the daily lives of our residents while developing your leadership skills. The Assistant Group Home Manager manages and directs the operations of the home in the absence of the Program Director and works second shift.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Non Probationary Driver's License
• Two years experience working in group homes
• One year management experience, preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be organized and have professional written and verbal skills
