Assistant Group Home Manager

The Assistant Group Home Manager works under the supervision of the Program Director to provide supportive and compassionate care to residents while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the program. This role combines administrative duties with direct support and staff supervision.

• Non Probationary Driver's License
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of direct support
• 2 years of group home experience
• 2 years of working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• 2 years of management
• Weekends required
• Knowledge of DDD regulations
