Assistant Group Home Manager

The Assistant Manager for Group Homes works under the supervision of the Program Director to provide supportive and compassionate care to residents while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the program. This role combines administrative duties with direct resident support and staff supervision.

• Non Probationary Driver's License
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Staff scheduling and training
• Weekends required
• 2nd shift required (3p-11p)
