Assistant Group Home Manager

The Assistant Group Home Manager works under the supervision of the Program Director to provide supportive and compassionate care to individuals while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the program. This role combines administrative duties with direct resident support and staff supervision.

• Non-Probationary Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Understanding of DDD regulations
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Weekends required
• 2nd shift required (3p-11)
• Other duties as assigned by Program Director
