Become part of our Monkey Business, in a dynamic & creative working environment that is characterized by team spirit and an open corporate culture at eye level - and where you can fully contribute your personality and ideas. **COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW US YOUR VISION …** **… in a 4-day-workweek.** Enjoy 3 days off every week and the opportunity to organize your free time more flexible! #### Job Description **How does your working day looks like ...** - You’ll coordinate events with all internal departments and ensure that everyone has all the necessary information - You will be responsible for all group enquiries for 8 rooms or more - You will be responsible for preparing quotations, contracts and invoices - You will prepare forecasts, reports and sales analyses - You will attend internal meetings - You will act as the point of contact for the team in the manager’s absence - You will actively maintain customer relationships and support sales activities - You will ensure compliance with hotel standards and quality assurance in the events department - You will enter bookings into the system, draw up rooming lists and prepare everything for a seamless check-in and stay - You meet clients in person and stay in touch with them by phone and email - You organise tours of the premises for event and corporate clients - You keep a clear overview, even when every room in the hotel is booked out and things are getting hectic - You support the onboarding and training of new team members when needed - You prepare and update event orders, making sure all departments have the latest details - You coordinate last-minute changes and find practical solutions when plans change - You liaise with external partners and suppliers when needed - You follow up with clients after their events and help build lasting relationships - You are organised, detail-oriented and stay calm when plans change #### Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV...** - You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host - You are an open and communicative person who isn’t afraid to stand your ground when necessary - You enjoy working with people and inspiring them - You are passionate about good food and drink and enjoy discovering new concepts - You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the role - You are fluent in German and English #### Additional Information **What´s in it for you …** - Only work 4-days a week as a full-time team member without payment or holiday reduction - Get to know our 25hours hotels and stay for free for a maximum of 10 nights per years as an employee - Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world - Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners - Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more … 1.
