Assistant Head Chef

1) Reports to Head Chef

2) Experienced in western and Italian cuisine

3) At least 3 years experienced in a 2nd lead role.

4) Able to work under pressure. Shift duties.

5) Pre opening experience preferred.

6) Able to coach and trained. Hygiene certified.

7) Team Player and able to manage a team of kitchen helps

This position requires lots of stamina and work under pressure.
