Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring, and business expansion initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with department heads to understand workforce needs.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial, technical, manufacturing, engineering, and support functions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Coordinate interviews, salary benchmarking, offer preparation, onboarding, and induction.
- Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Manage employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Investigate employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Foster positive employee engagement and maintain harmonious workplace relationships.
- Support labor-management communications where applicable.
Performance Management
- Coordinate annual performance review and goal-setting processes.
- Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
- Support talent reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Monitor probation reviews and performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across commercial and manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate internal and external learning programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory statutory training requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support annual salary review, bonus planning, and market benchmarking.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs.
- Ensure competitive compensation practices aligned with company philosophy.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower cost analyses.
Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Protection Act and other employment legislation.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Ensure compliance with company governance and corporate HR standards.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Promote company values and a positive workplace culture.
- Support diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing programs.
- Conduct employee surveys and recommend improvement initiatives.
APAC HR Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of HR, APAC on regional HR initiatives.
- Participate in APAC HR projects, policy harmonization, and system implementation.
- Share best practices across regional HR teams.
- Support regional audits and compliance programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions independently, preferably within manufacturing, specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, or multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Experience supporting both manufacturing plant and commercial/sales organizations.
- Experience working with regional stakeholders is an advantage.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.

- Chinese language capability will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
