About the Role
Join us as Assistant Manager, Human Resource and help deliver accurate, responsive and employee-focused HR operations. Working closely with the Senior/Manager, Human Resource, you will manage diverse portfolios, guide junior team members and partner with stakeholders to strengthen HR practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Own critical HR operations across payroll, compensation and benefits, employee records, flexible work arrangements and statutory submissions.
• Support the employee journey through recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, workplace matters and offboarding.
• Turn data into action by supporting salary reviews, workforce planning, HR reporting and practical process improvements.
• Bring people’s initiatives to life through engagement programmes and selected organization-wide activities.
• Guide and strengthen the team by reviewing work, coaching junior HR team members and reinforcing sound controls.
• Safeguard workplace access by overseeing security access systems and maintaining custody of master access assets administration.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with hands-on responsibility for payroll, compensation and benefits, staff insurance, statutory submissions and flexible work arrangements.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Infotech, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and discretion.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
