Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition)
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Units to support workforce planning and develop recruitment strategies aligned with staffing needs and business goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer management, reference checks, onboarding coordination, and talent pipeline development
- Provide HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle, including appointment documentation, work pass applications and renewals, pre-employment medical arrangements, onboarding administration, leave and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance appraisal, retention initiatives, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling
- Support recruitment process improvement, compliance, and team capability building to ensure timely, effective, and business-aligned HR service delivery
- Guide and support the HR Business Partner team in delivering talent acquisition and HR advisory services aligned with business needs, HR strategies, company policies, and Singapore employment legislation
- Drive employer branding, enhance candidate experience, and improve recruitment performance by monitoring hiring timelines, recruitment costs, and key metrics, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, recruitment processes, standard operating procedures, and compliance practices while coaching HRBPs and junior HR team members to build capability and support continuous improvement
- Lead HR automation projects by reviewing, digitalizing, and enhancing HR processes and systems to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Related
- 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience
