About the Role

The Assistant HR Business Partner will support HR strategy implementation, talent management, employee onboarding, HR reporting, and service delivery while ensuring compliance with organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR strategy implementation and align HR services with business goals.
• Prepare and analyse HR data and reports.
• Support the development and implementation of HR solutions.
• Coordinate with HR service providers to ensure timely, quality service delivery.
• Support recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Promote organisational values, culture, and good HR practices.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and induction checklists are completed for new hires.
• Provide cover for the HR Business Partner when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and risk assessment requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Social Sciences or an equivalent discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 4 years of postgraduate HR experience.
• Relevant professional HR qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in the automotive, transport, or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR management, recruitment, data management, reporting, and relevant legislation.
• Skills in change management, information management, teamwork, business acumen, and Microsoft Office.
