Assistant Inventory Controller

Position Objective

Manage inventory and stocks for both the brands for all UAE and other GCC countries. Ordering for all import and export related shipments for both brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement
• Maintain daily records of shipments and invoices to see what products need to be replenished
• Implement inventory control
• Coordinate with all departments for inventory
• Organize the cost controlling system
• Generate reports for food and beverage controls
• Food and beverage control systems and procedures
• Outline variance analysis for food and beverage
• Monitor menu items consumed
• Support incentive programs
