Assistant IT Engineer

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

AJJ Medtech Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant IT Engineer to support IT operations, digital systems and emerging technology projects in Singapore, including AI, intelligent automation and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, hardware, software and network connectivity.

2. Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting of IT systems.

3. Support company websites, cloud platforms, digital applications and basic database operations.

4. Participate in technical support, testing and implementation of AI, automation and robotics projects.

5. Assist with system interfaces (APIs), documentation and coordination with technology vendors.

6. Support basic cybersecurity, access control and data protection practices.

7. Carry out other IT-related duties and project support as assigned.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior working experience is not required.

3. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking and IT systems.

4. Interest in AI, cloud technologies, digital applications or robotics.

5. Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills; proactive and willing to learn.

6. Knowledge of Python, databases, APIs, website administration or cloud systems is an advantage, but not mandatory.

7. Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers is an advantage
