Assistant IT Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities:

Perform project management of IT initiatives (event, promotion)
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services (POS function/price update)
Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancement
Manage external IT vendors relationships and services
Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Work closely with IT HQ to implement and manage systems
Responding to technical breakdowns and resolution
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Repairing IT equipment and replacing parts
Management of stocks of IT equipment and other supplies
Inventory system management (Axapta)

Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage
Good attitude and willing to learn with excellent communication and analytical with good time management, good problem-solving skills and documentation skills
A motivated team player with strong qualities to lead and work in a challenging environment with tight timeline
Willing to travel and able to work in either office hours or rotating shifts, weekends and overtime if required
Ability to work independently with strong drive and willingness to take up challenges.
