What You’ll Do
Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Support the kitchen team by leading by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items and special promotions effectively.
Assist in analyzing kitchen performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
What You Bring
1–2+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
Solid culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team dynamic.
Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
