Assistant Lead Engineer - .Net (Software Engineering)

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in software development using .NET (C# preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in developing and managing batch jobs and scheduled processing workflows
  • Strong knowledge of system interfacing and integration patterns, including HL7, REST, and SOAP
  • Solid understanding of secure coding principles and best practices, with familiarity with common vulnerability frameworks such as OWASP
  • Experience in designing and consuming secure APIs, including authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and API key management
  • Proficiency in data profiling techniques and tools, with the ability to assess and document data quality findings
  • Strong SQL Server skills, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedure development
  • Working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Experience or exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar coding assistants, with the ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and compliance with coding standards
  • Experience in healthcare IT or familiarity with clinical data standards such as HL7 and FHIR will be an advantage
