Leads the Learning & Development function by developing and executing the hotel's learning strategy to build organisational capability, strengthen leadership, support talent development, and enhance employee performance. Partners with hotel leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning, ensure compliance with corporate learning standards, and deliver development initiatives that contribute to exceptional guest experiences and sustainable business performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong skills in training facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of guest service standards and operational quality management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use guest feedback and data for improvements.
  • Flexible, creative, and problem-solving oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development Plan.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate learning initiatives across all departments.
  • Deliver and oversee Orientation, Brand Induction, Leadership, Service Excellence, and Compliance Training.
  • Manage the hotel's Learning Management System (Workday Learning) and maintain accurate training records.
  • Monitor mandatory training completion and audit compliance.
  • Support performance management, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning, and talent development.
  • Coach Departmental Trainers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Measure training effectiveness and prepare monthly learning reports and KPIs.
  • Manage the Learning & Development budget and external training providers.
  • Partner with department leaders to improve team capability, engagement, and guest experience.
