Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Executive (Retail)

Our client is a Singapore-based real estate company. They are looking for a Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Executive to assist their Leasing team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at North East of Singapore– easily accessible.

Job Description:

• Tenant Acquisition & Leasing: Source and secure target tenants to optimize tenant mix, occupancy rates and rental revenue.

• Lease & Rental Negotiation: Manage lease renewals, agreements and rental negotiations in line with company targets and expectations.

• Leasing Operations & Coordination: Coordinate property viewings, leasing activities and cross-department workflows, while preparing regular leasing reports for management.

• Tenant & Agent Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property agents, while monitoring tenant performance and compliance with lease terms.

• Market Research & Leasing Strategy: Conduct market research and monitor retail trends to support strategic leasing initiatives and maximize occupancy and rental income.
  

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent

• With 3-5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
