What you'll do
Would you like to develop your professional career within a dynamic industrial environment and with a key role in maintenance organization? We are looking for a decisive, organized person with technical curiosity to join us as Assistant to the Maintenance Manager.
You will work closely with the area manager, participating in the coordination of maintenance activities and contributing to ensuring the correct operation of the facilities and production equipment.
What will your functions be?
You will support the maintenance manager in the planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. You will collaborate in the coordination of technical teams, in incident management, and in the monitoring of department indicators. You will also participate in supplier management, the control of spare parts and materials, the supervision of external work, and the proposal of improvements aimed at increasing the efficiency of the facilities. Additionally, you will provide support in document management and in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
