We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 14531 Forest Blvd in {NAME}, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily store operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and train store associates to maintain high performance standards

- Create and adjust employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Assist in financial management, including cash handling and reporting
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of store associates
- Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
- 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
- Solid understanding of retail operations and inventory management
- Experience with staff scheduling and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
