Job Summary
Assist in managing funding and compliance for post-graduate medical education, supporting manpower projections, and performing administrative duties to ensure accurate financial and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Calculate funding requirements for post-graduate medical education to support budgeting accuracy
- Reconcile funds disbursement by manipulating large Excel datasets to ensure financial accuracy
- Verify supporting documents for residency funding to ensure compliance with established guidelines
- Support specialist manpower projections by gathering and analyzing relevant data to inform planning
- Perform general administrative tasks and complete ad-hoc duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related fields
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reconciliation
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
- Good writing skills to prepare clear and accurate documentation
