Assistant Manager [Administration & Governance]
- Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
- Salary: $4,000 to $5,000 per month + 1 month completion bonus
- Duration: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline grant administration workflows.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with data and technology teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Analyse data to generate insights, monitor scheme performance and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Oversee end-to-end grant claim and disbursement processes, including documentation review, clarifications and offer letter issuance.
- Lead data collection, analysis and reporting on scheme performance and KPIs for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement policies, guidelines, SOPs and templates to strengthen grant administration processes.
- Manage grant management and anomaly/fraud detection systems and recommend improvements to governance frameworks.
Job Requirements:
- At least a degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, data analytics, grant administration, or governance-related functions.
- Familiarity with grant management systems or anomaly and fraud detection frameworks is a plus.
- Prior experience in a public sector or statutory board environment would be an advantage.
