(Assistant) Manager, Agile Digital Solutions
Description
The (Assistant) Manager, Agile Digital Solutions drives the product delivery lifecycle for rapid digitalization, workflow automation, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives using Agile/Scrum frameworks. This role acts simultaneously as Product Owner and lead Business Analyst for agile digital deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
Own the product backlog, write comprehensive user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive sprint iterations.
Agile BA Execution
Conduct workflow analysis, elicit user requirements, and facilitate requirement grooming sessions for digital initiatives.
Digital Innovation & AI Adoption
Identify automation opportunities; champion prompt engineering practices and enterprise AI tool rollouts.
Workflow Automation Design
Design low-code/no-code workflows and robotic process automation models to streamline cross-departmental operations.
Citizen Development Enablement
Train and empower business unit champions to safely leverage self-service automation tools.
Change Management
Build user documentation, training programs, and adoption of dashboards to ensure high utilization of digital tools.
Requirements
Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading agile digital projects, digital product ownership, or business analysis.
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and business process modeling.
Practical exposure to generative AI adoption, prompt design, and workflow automation suites.
Excellent cross-functional coordination, presentation, and stakeholder coaching skills.
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot.
AI, Generative AI, Workflow Automation, Low-Code or Vibe-Code Platforms.
Enterprise systems such as ERP, OA/WF, PMS, CRM, CLS or Portal solutions.
