About the Role
Maxim’s Group IT is looking for an Assistant Manager — AI Technical Solutions to manage the delivery and operation of enterprise AI solutions across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, and other Asian markets.
The role will manage the enterprise AI platform; build practical AI solutions integrate with business systems.
Responsibility:
Design, implement and maintain enterprise-grade AI solutions ensuring achieving the business objectives, aligning with system architecture, scalability, security, and performance requirements
Develop AI-powered applications using technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents/Agentic AI, MCP, API and intelligence automation
Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications, system and business workflows
Evaluate AI frameworks, platform, models through technical research, prototyping and Proof-of-Concept (POC) and validate new AI capabilities to business adoption
Optimize AI applications and supporting systems for reliability, performance, scalability, maintainability and cost efficiency
Ensure AI solutions comply with IT and AI governance guidelines, organizational standards, data privacy and responsible AI
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners throughout the AI solution life cycle
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI or Generative AI
Strong expertise in AI stack (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering)
Good programming skills in Python and experience with APIs, system integration and AI orchestration frameworks
Strong stakeholder management, analytics, problem solving and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
