Assistant Manager (Airfreight Operations) [EL]

Assist in managing daily co-loading operations and cargo bookings for various airline products.

Coordinate with airlines to secure cargo capacity and confirm bookings with customers.

Ensure the team understands airline product requirements and provides accurate information to customers.

Oversee cargo booking administration and ensure shipment details are accurately updated in the system.

Coordinate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates are provided to customers.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.

Work closely with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing information.

Support team members and assist the Manager in improving operational efficiency and customer service.

Perform other duties as assigned.
