ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Retail Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily retail operations to maintain smooth store functioning
• Schedule staff shifts to optimize coverage and productivity
• Supervise and coach sales associates to meet and exceed performance targets
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints effectively
• Manage inventory levels by overseeing stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Support implementation of sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Prepare operational reports and assist in budgeting and sales forecasting
