At Auntie Anne's Pretzels in Macomb Mall we are looking for an energetic and reliable Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager , you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to keep operations running smoothly while providing great customer service. This role is perfect for someone with restaurant or food industry experience who loves leading a team and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing staff, and supporting the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver excellent food and customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Control inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering when necessary.
• Train new staff on food safety, food handling, and restaurant procedures to promote a knowledgeable team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cash handling, and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in hospitality management or food service management is a plus.
