Assistant Manager Bank Partnerships
You will provide operational and administrative support for bank partnerships. You will validate invoices, coordinate and track Program Change Requests, manage collateral reviews, maintain documentation and repositories, support audits, and provide reporting. You will also coordinate operational issue resolution, support strategic initiatives, and identify process improvements with compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Validate bank partner invoices against internal data sources.
- Coordinate, submit, and track Program Change Requests for bank review and approval.
- Track Program Change Requests against bank service level agreements.
- Manage and prioritize collateral materials for bank review and approval.
- Track bank program-management activities and analyze trends.
- Maintain documentation and logs for partner engagements, audits, and regulatory obligations.
- Oversee program wind-down cases and associated administrative processes.
- Update document repositories and maintain version control.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for administrative inquiries from banking partners.
- Gather context and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Provide data and reporting on bank performance and relationship status.
- Support strategic initiatives led by bank relationship managers.
- Collect information to support compliance, legal, and risk teams.
- Identify trends and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete administrative tasks thoroughly and accurately.
