Big Deal Outlet is a rapidly growing retail establishment with locations in Utah and Idaho. We focus on liquidating products that cannot be sold through regular retail channels. This includes, scratch and dent, overstock, customer returns, and salvage consumer products. About the Job
The Assistant Manager helps manage the day-to-day operations of Big Deal Outlet. This person is an energetic, self-starter who is interested in managing a great team. Come gain priceless management experience as you grow within the company. The position requires someone with a positive attitude, a track record of honesty and integrity, and the ability to manage a team of employees. You will assist the Store’s General Manager manage a team of 7 – 13 employees, along with assisting the complete responsibility of store operations.
