Assistant Manager

The position is to:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, supporting training performance and engagement.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and inventory control.
• Drive service excellence and improve operational performance.

The position requirements are:

• Associate Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
• Experience in an Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in front-of-house restaurant operations
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
