<h2><span style="font-size:14px;">Job Description: Assistant Manager – Business HR</span></h2><p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;"> 5–8 Years</span><br /><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Qualification:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;"> MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent</span><br /><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Industry:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;"> Warehousing / Logistics / Fulfilment Centre</span></p><h3><span style="font-size:14px;">Key Responsibilities</span></h3><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Ensure adequate manpower availability across all shifts as per operational requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for associates, loaders, sorters, pickers, packers, and supervisors.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Handle workforce planning, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and employee retention.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Manage staffing vendors and contract labour deployment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and minimum wages.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Oversee onboarding, employee grievances, engagement, and HR operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to fulfil manpower requirements and achieve business targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Prepare and monitor HR MIS, recruitment metrics, and workforce reports.</span></p></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:14px;">Required Skills & Experience</span></h3><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong expertise in blue-collar hiring and workforce management.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience in staffing vendor and contract labour management.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</span></p></li></ul>
