Assistant Manager-CAM Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs using Mastercam (Mandatory) for milling/turning operations
  
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models for accurate program creation
  
• Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time and improve productivity
  
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies
  
• Conduct simulation and verification of programs before production
  
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for process improvements
  
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support on the shop floor
  
• Maintain documentation of programs and process sheets
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  
• Hands-on experience in Mastercam is mandatory
  
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining (3-axis / 4-axis preferred)
  
• Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machining parameters
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
  
• Experience in process optimization and cost-effective manufacturing
  

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in CAM programming
