Position Summary

The part-time assistant candy store manager will provide managerial support in daily retail

operations, staff supervision, and customer service while helping drive sales in a

confectionery environment

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations: Assist with opening and/or closing procedures, cash handling, register management, and inventory tracking.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide sales associates or candy counter staff during shifts.

Customer Service: Greet customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain an energetic, welcoming environment.

Merchandising: Keep displays stocked, clean, and organized according to visual standards and Louisville Metro Health Department standards.

Product Preparation: Assist and oversee assembling of artisan chocolates, bulk candy, product packaging, displays.
