About the Role

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to support business growth in the Emerging Corporate team, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver outstanding banking solutions. Working closely with Relationship Managers and product specialists, you'll help drive customer success while ensuring strong risk and compliance outcomes.

What will your day look like?

• Support and grow a portfolio of Emerging Corporate customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer profitability.
• Partner with specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis and support credit assessments.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain sound risk, compliance, and portfolio management practices.

What will you bring?

• 2+ years' experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
