Assistant Managers Wanted (Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon) – Orlando International Premium Outlets

We are currently hiring for two separate positions at our Orlando International Premium Outlets location:
- Assistant Manager – Auntie Anne's
- Assistant Manager – Cinnabon

- Competitive Pay: $19.00/hour + tips (tips average an additional $2.00–$3.00/hour)

Job Summary:
In cooperation with, or in the absence of, the Store Manager, our Assistant Managers are responsible for the overall supervision, daily operations, and profitability of their assigned brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand-Specific Food Production:
- For Auntie Anne’s: Rolling and baking fresh, golden-brown soft pretzels from scratch.
- For Cinnabon: Prepping, baking, and frosting world-famous cinnamon rolls.
- Team Leadership: Assist with recruiting, screening, interviewing, training, and scheduling team members while encouraging a positive work environment.
- Shift Management: Run daily shifts efficiently, ensuring adherence to cash handling policies and safety/security standards.
- Goal Tracking: Work alongside the Store Manager to set, track, and achieve performance and sales goals.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering necessary food and paper materials.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain top-tier customer service, clean workstations, and compliance with all corporate policies, brand philosophies, and labor laws.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced environment.
- License: A valid driver’s license.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule including opening, closing, weekend, and evening shifts.
