Job Summary:
Working closely with the Store Manager—or leading the charge in their absence—you will oversee daily shifts, supervise personnel, and manage store operations. Your goal is to maximize profitability while maintaining our high standards of product quality, guest service, and workplace safety.
Working closely with the Store Manager—or leading the charge in their absence—you will oversee daily shifts, supervise personnel, and manage store operations. Your goal is to maximize profitability while maintaining our high standards of product quality, guest service, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Assist with recruiting, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and training top-tier talent.
- Daily Operations: Run smooth shifts, audit financial paperwork, enforce strict cash-handling policies, and assist with inventory ordering.
- Product Excellence: Lead by example by preparing, baking, and serving fresh pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and other iconic menu items from scratch.
- Performance Focus: Help set, track, and achieve store performance goals while inspiring a positive, motivated team culture.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to brand philosophies, safety/security protocols, and labor laws.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- Experience: Prior management experience in a retail, restaurant, or fast-paced customer service environment.
- License: A valid driver’s license.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
