Your Impact as a Leader
In cooperation with, or in the absence of, the Store Manager, you will drive the overall success, supervision, and operation of our Merrimack location. Your focus will be on maintaining our famous Three-Fold Philosophy while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate an amazing store crew.
- Drive Operations: Work and manage shifts, maintain inventory, and hit performance goals.
- Quality Control: Roll up your sleeves to make dough and pretzels from scratch, ensuring perfect quality.
- Customer Experience: Keep satisfaction high and maintain a safe, secure, and fun workplace.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven management experience in retail, restaurant, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
