In this position, you will:
- Provide technical expertise and oversight for civil, structural, and architectural aspects of data centre projects.
- Manage land acquisition, site clearance, and liaise with government authorities for statutory approvals, planning, and building submissions.
- Oversee on-site construction management and delivery for new build and expansion projects.
- Develop/review tender specifications, contract documents and engineering drawings; review contractor submissions.
- Ensure full compliance with group policies, local regulations and industry standards.
- Manage on-site construction progress to ensure on-time delivery.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Experience managing data centre projects with IT load of 20MW or above.
- Holder of Hong Kong Registered Architect (RA) or Registered Structural Engineer (RSE) certification is highly preferred.
- Familiar with local building regulations and statutory submission processes in Hong Kong.
