Description
- Develop next generation material choices and related technologies for advanced plating product in the semiconductor application field through the corporation with global R&D and KAM team.
- Support and facilitate customer demo with optimization of plating additive and plating parameter, method characterization, data analysis, report interpretation, working mechanism built up.
- Coordinate projects through creating constructive relationships with different functions and external vendors globally to prepare for the robust new plating products to the market.
- Coordinate lab management activities including lab-used materials, handling chemical waste from experiments, equipment maintenance
- Ensure proper documentation and provide training/SOP based on the equipment installation, experiment method and procedure to lab operators to ensure the quality of experiments..
- Follow EHS rule and meet KPI target based on BASF guideline.
