Our established public healthcare client is seeking for someone with a sales/ account management background to join their team as a Community & Partnership AM!

Responsibilities:
Spearhead the development of Community Health Plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Organise and facilitate regular meetings to align partners towards common objectives and monitor progress effectively.
Collaborate with grassroots leaders, social agencies, healthcare providers, and other partners to establish robust support networks.
Design and execute health initiatives that engage stakeholders and contribute to community well-being.
Utilize data analysis and insights to inform decision-making and track the impact of health initiatives, ensuring progress toward healthier communities.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/ business development/ account management is advantageous.
Proficient in stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration.
Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
Familiarity with the Singapore healthcare system or knowledge of integrated care models is an advantage.
