- Assist the hotel's senior management in overseeing the overall operation of the hotel and collect information on issues arising during the customer service process.
- Under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager, the Assistant Manager (Lobby) is responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel during their on-duty shift.
- Be responsible for handling guests' inquiries and complaints.
- Be responsible for the reception and guidance of VIP guests.
- Conduct safety inspections and daily equipment checks throughout the hotel.
- Resolve safety issues that occur during the on-duty shift.
- Coordinate with other shifts on matters requiring communication as specified in the handover record.
