You thrive in a dynamic environment, are comfortable navigating unfamiliar challenges and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</span></p><h2><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;"><b>Your Day-to-Day</b></span></h2><ul><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Support the development and execution of corporate strategies, business plans and key strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation’s business objectives.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Conduct business, market and financial analysis to evaluate opportunities, validate assumptions and assess commercial viability.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Develop business cases and proposals covering business rationale, financial projections, profitability, risks and implementation plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Coordinate cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, tracking milestones, monitoring progress and driving follow-through.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Prepare management papers, Board materials, reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Engage with senior management and stakeholders across business functions to gather insights, challenge assumptions and support strategic decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting efficiency and operational effectiveness through data analysis and digital tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Leverage AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis and productivity while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of outputs.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;"><b>Your Know-How</b></span></h2><ul><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, finance or cross-functional project delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial statements, cash flow, profitability and key business performance indicators.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Proven ability to analyse business opportunities, develop structured proposals and translate findings into practical recommendations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and present ideas clearly.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with practical experience using AI tools to support analysis and improve productivity.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC), financial services or a regulated industry is an added advantage.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Resourceful, adaptable and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn across different business functions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.</span></p></li></ul>
