Assistant Manager - Creative Design

Job Title: Assistant Manager Creative Design

Department: Marketing

Job Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager Creative Design who can independently take a campaign idea from concept to finished video/motion asset — using a mix of traditional editing skill and AI tools to punch above a single-person capacity. This is an in-house role supporting brand, digital, and campaign content (social, paid media, product launches), so someone who can think like a creative and execute like an editor is more valuable to us than a narrow specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute short-form and campaign videos for social, digital, and paid media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Create motion graphics: animated typography, title sequences, logo animations, simple explainer videos
  • Use AI tools (image-to-video, voice generation, upscaling, background/asset generation) to accelerate production and multiply output without a full production team
  • Handle color correction, audio sync, and basic sound design
  • Adapt one core creative into multiple channel-specific cuts (aspect ratios, lengths, pacing)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Manage 3–5 concurrent creative requests in a fast-moving marketing calendar
  • Proactively bring new AI/creative tools and trends to the team

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in video editing/motion graphics (bachelor's preferred, not mandatory — portfolio matters more)
  • Strong portfolio showing both editing craft and creative/conceptual thinking, ideally including at least one project that used AI tools in the workflow
  • Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Comfort using AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Midjourney/Firefly, CapCut AI features) — doesn't need to be "expert" in all, but needs to have actually used a few in real work
  • Ability to work independently with light supervision and turn around fast iterations

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in banking/fintech, telecom, or regulated-brand environments
  • Basic scripting/storyboarding ability
