This role focuses on creating robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, scalable AI agents, and high-performance vector database integrations to power intelligent applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and cloud engineers to deliver production-ready AI services that are efficient, reliable, and secure.</span></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Build RAG pipelines and agentic AI frameworks to enable dynamic, multi-step reasoning.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Implement chunking and embedding strategies to improve document retrieval and context management.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Orchestrate AI agents using LangChain or LangGraph, including MCP-based deployment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Integrate and manage vector databases for fast, scalable semantic search.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Apply prompt-engineering techniques to enhance LLM performance and reliability.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Utilize Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD workflows.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Develop and deploy solutions on AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and EventBridge.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Work cross-functionally with cloud, product, and engineering teams to ensure best practices for scalability and security.</span></li></ul><div><br /></div><p><b><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Responsibilities </span></b><span style="font-family:Georgia;">:</span><br /></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">3+ years of Python development experience with at least 1+ years focused on LLMs and Gen-AI RAG based agentic applications.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Proven experience with chunking, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks and MCP-based deployments.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Hands-on experience with Git/GitLab and AWS cloud services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EventBridge).</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Proficiency in vector databases and semantic search architectures.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Expertise in prompt engineering and performance optimization of LLMs.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Georgia;">LangChain or LangGraph orchestration experience is preferred.</span></li></ul><div><br /></div><p><br /><b><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Required skills </span></b><span style="font-family:Georgia;">: </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Georgia;">Generative AI, LLM, AWS Bedrock, RAG, Gitlab, Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management.</span></p>
