Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Home Loans

We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Home Loan sales and business development in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through open-market sourcing, internal customer databases, and the Bancassurance (Banca) channel. Key Responsibilities include generating home loan business through open-market activities and internal customer databases, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, builders, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and channel partners. The candidate will source leads through the Bancassurance channel and convert them into business, managing the complete loan process from lead generation and login to disbursement. Achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring quality sourcing and customer satisfaction is crucial. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in Home Loan sales or mortgage lending, with strong skills in open-market sourcing and lead conversion. Experience handling internal leads/databases and the Banca channel is preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential for this role.
