The Assistant Manager will support the development and maintenance of design standards for sports facilities by conducting site surveys, gathering stakeholder feedback, and coordinating project documentation. This is a 9-month contract role requiring experience in the built environment sector.
About the Role
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 9am - 6.30pm
💰 Salary: Up to $4,200/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 9-month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will conduct site surveys and stakeholder interviews, gather feedback from project and operations teams, evaluate information collected, and assist with design solutions for sports facilities under construction.
- You will also support the documentation and updating of design standards, monthly design reviews, weekly team meetings, and other day-to-day coordination activities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree holder in any related discipline
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the built environment sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
