1. Interpret briefs from National Tourism Organizations, DMOs, and travel brands to craft data-backed, pitch-winning integrated marketing proposals that balance brand storytelling with performance metrics.

2. Lead full-lifecycle campaign execution across online digital touchpoints and offline experiential activations—managing timelines, vendor quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

3. Serve as the primary strategic partner for European destination accounts, translating client growth objectives into actionable campaign frameworks and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.

4. Analyze macro travel trends, user behavior, and competitive shifts to produce actionable consumer insights that inform go-to-market strategies and destination growth plans.

5. Package platform advertising products (programmatic, display, search), influencer ecosystems, and IP co-branding initiatives into high-conversion media solutions tailored to client KPIs.

6. Track multi-channel campaign analytics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to build post-campaign reports, extract key learnings, and continuously optimize future media strategy.

任职资格

1. 3+ years in travel marketing, destination promotion, or account management/strategy at a 4A agency. Direct experience with OTA platforms, NTO/DMO clients, or overseas work/study is strongly preferred.

2. Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives, with a strong grasp of digital ad formats, content monetization, and campaign ROI models.

3. Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating multilingual, multi-time-zone environments and working with overseas partners.

4. Highly organized project manager capable of steering multi-stakeholder campaigns, holding vendors accountable, and driving initiatives independently under tight deadlines.

6. A resilient, growth-oriented professional with an adaptive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and fully accountable for business outcomes.
