Assistant Manager-Digital Marketing
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer & Social Media Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for creating high-quality visual content that represents our brand, while also managing our social media presence to ensure consistent digital visibility in the corporate insurance space.
This is a design-first role with added responsibility for campaign scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
Conceptualize and design engaging creatives including LinkedIn posts, carousels, infographics, pitch decks, brochures, emailers, and website graphics.
Maintain brand identity and consistency across all digital and print materials.
Develop templates and design systems to streamline content creation.
Edit short-form videos, GIFs, and animations to support campaigns.
Collaborate with management and writers to translate content ideas into compelling visuals.
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Ensure posts are visually optimized for reach and engagement.
Monitor activity, engage with comments/messages, and encourage team amplification.
Track post performance, analyze results, and propose design/content improvements.
Campaign Execution & Support
Design campaign-specific creatives (awareness drives, client testimonials, case studies).
Repurpose visual content across different formats (blogs → infographics → carousels → videos).
Assist with paid campaigns (ad creatives, sponsored post visuals).
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in B2B or financial/insurance preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing digital designs, infographics, and social media creatives.
Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
Basic understanding of video editing (Filmora, InVideo, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere).
Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats and social media publishing tools.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Ability to handle multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
