To lead successful implementation of Enhancements and Transformation initiatives across OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, OBLM platforms, Mind Gate application.
Identify ways to reduce Cost by improving operational efficiency, and Innovation.
Work with key stakeholders i.e Technology, Product to ensure seamless implementation of Enhancements
Review BRD’s and FSD’s and recommend to senior management for sign off.
Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation to management.
Support Project Management for various CIBG Ops Automation initiatives.
